Continental

Naples Continental was built in 1972 directly on the Moorings Beach. Originally, the owners intended to build it as a hotel, but so many people expressed an interest in buying, that the owners converted their plans into a condominium. All of the 128 units in this eight-story building have a Gulf view. Units are each around 1,200 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Owners access Naples Continental Club via a key code and a desk check-in. Owners at Naples Continental are permitted to lease twelve times per year for a 30-day minimum, making this this only beach or bay–front condominium in the Moorings that offers such flexibility for leasing. Up to two domestic pets are allowed at Naples Continental.
