Port Au Villa is located just south of the Mooringline Bridge and directly across the street from Moorings Beach Park and sits on the Bay. Built-in 1965, Port Au Villa is a cooperative consisting of 56 units in 2 and 3-story buildings. Most of the units are around 1,200 square feet. There are no elevators.
No pets are allowed and parking is uncovered and assigned. Two leases are allowed a year for a 60-day minimum stay. Individuals within the association own 14 boat slips located on the site. Port Au Villa has a community pool, and a common laundry facility (although you can have your own washer and dryer in your individual unit) and it enjoys a tremendous location, directly across the street from the beach.
