Condo Highlights: La Maison

La Maison Club is an awesome conodminium located on the northern side of The Moorings. Along with awesome views of The Moorings Bay La Maison Club is in walking distance from the Shoppes at Venetian Villiage.

The Club was built in 1964 however its amenities fall nothing short of modern. A private pool located in the court yard of the club can ensure s good time, especially with the magnificent bay front views that it offers. Along with a great pool, La Maison has a very modern fitness center which was updated in 2007. A fully functional sauna and a small library are also available for all residents to use. Boat slips are also available for lease at the club.

Within the last two years, the Club has seen two upgrades. The first update was the modern security system and second a new roofs on the buildings at La Maison.
