Lucerne, featuring a modern design by Daniel Moul, was built in 1984. It tends to attract, along with its sister building Lausanne, a younger crowd (40s and 50s). The 24 living units at Lucerne, spread over 6 floors, have between 1826 and 2185 square feet of living space.

Because of its relationship with Lausanne, residents of Lucerne enjoy private beach access. Also, there are 10 “backyard” boat slips on the Bay available for purchase. Recent improvements to Lucerne include new landscaping, pavers, and new marble in the pool deck. There are 24 designated underbuilding parking spots and an additional 30 open air.

Lucerne is part of the Moorings development, and is located at 3100 Gulf Shore Boulevard N. Its residents, like all those of the Moorings, are well-positioned for maximum enjoyment of Naples.
