This low-density, low-rise, Mediterranean-styled villa was built in 1987. The private island lifestyle here makes it hard to believe that you are just minutes from the heart of Naples. Ardissone is comprised of six 3-story buildings with a total of 33 units (1 or 2 residences per floor). The list of features is extensive: great view, deeded beach access, boating access, a bayfront pool and spa, privacy, and security, and located just north of the Village on Venetian Bay.
