Park Shore Tower: Beachfront, Park Shore

Park Shore Tower
Park Shore Tower, built in 1983, shares a lot with Bay Shore Place. While the latter features great views of the bay, Park Shore Towers definitely wins in the unobstructed beach view department. 75 residences on 19 floors range from 1800 to over 2500 square feet in size, and most units offer at least one excellent sightline.

Amenities are plentiful: a beachfront pool and spa, barbeque facilities, and a vehicle wash are outside; a well equipped fitness facility, saunas, whirpool tubs, and a large party room are inside. 24 hour security includes a manned, gated entrance and resident manager. As in all Park Shore condominiums, owners at Park Shore Tower have access to the private 1 1/4 mile lighted Park Shore Beach promenade, and may purchase or lease a boat slip from the Venetian Bay Yacht Club.

Located at 4251 Gulf Shore Boulevard North, Park Shore Tower is well suited to enjoying Naples, FL. It is but a short walk from the fantastic Village on Venetian Bay, and a short drive to such locations as the Waterside Shops, Fifth Avenue South, and the Naples Philharmonic. Naples has an array of resort hotels, and the most prominent of these are arranged all around Park Shore: The Naples Bay Resort to the south, Naples Grande to the north, and the Ritz-Carlton to the east.
