Sales Surge 36% in Naples

Sales up 36% Home sales for the past year ending in the month of May for 2009 show an increase in sales of 36% higher than the previous year. Overall pending sales for the greater Naples area went up 101 percent in May with 1,029 pending sales compared to 511 pending for May in 2008. The number of homes listed on the market has dropped, and the median home prices are now leveling.
